Have 8 to 12 years of experience in program management, with a strong technical background. Demonstrate expertise in AWS Cloud, PySpark, and PL/SQL. Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Display a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a hybrid work model. Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Exhibit strong analytical and decision-making skills.
