| From: Abhishek Choudhary, Appian Infotech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: INFORMATION SECURITY Location: Hudson, New Jersey Duration: Long term Contract W2_C2C Job Description Provide administration and operational support for endpoint security technologies \\r Document all product related details in runbooks, design, and/or configuration documents \\r Carry out regression testing and analysis with any endpoint security technologies \\r Follow release management processes and best practices for deployment, enhancements, and upgrades. \\r Work closely with Security operations center and other security groups during investigations. \\r Demonstrate mastery in log file analysis, fault isolation and diagnostic/assessment actions including root cause analysis, followed by the determination and self-directed execution of corrective actions.\\r Drive automation efforts to continuously monitor and maintain security posture of operating systems.\\r Maintain metrics and supporting analytics on System and endpoint Security. \\r Provide secondary assistance and operational support with EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), Anti-virus solutions\\r Stay current on endpoint security best practices, active threats and mitigation strategies.\\r Draft & execute the strategy to enhance the investments in current technologies and drive continuous innovation with new ideas to improve and mature endpoint security posture. \\r Aggregate data across disparate platforms to design and develop alerting.\\r Manage a portfolio of application-related projects and directly manage select projects within that portfolio.\\r (1.) Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. (2.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off (3.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise. (4.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle.
