Required 0 Ability to act independently with sound business judgment, attention to detail and thrives in environment with diverse communication styles Required 0 Demonstrated oral and written communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Required 0 Solid work experience with project management tools including Microsoft Project and Project Server, Jira, and Confluence. Required 7 Years Experience with MS Office and Teams. Required 7 Years Demonstrated experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid software development frameworks. Required 5 Years Demonstrated experience with vendor management on a medium or large IT project/system implementation. Required 8 Years Knowledge of healthcare and managed care systems with an emphasis on behavioral health, developmental disabilities and substance use. Desired 5 Years Extensive understanding of MS SharePoint end user experience, sites, libraries, lists and groups. Required 8 Years Ability to perform market analysis, prepare detailed budgets with cost/benefit analysis and develop business cases for new automation projects Required 5 Years State/federal experience. Desired 7 Years Familiarity with cost allocation methodologies and developing cost projections. Highly desired 0 Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a very strong work ethic. Required 0 Team building and change management skills to influence and guide cross functional teams. Required 0 Experience implementing one or more of the following low-code technologies: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or ServiceNow.
