Look for CCNP+ 5 years of Exp for B1+swithes and routers Look for CCNP+8 Years of Exp for B2+swithes and routers Job Description: Cisco routing (BGP, OSPF): Good understanding and working experience with routing protocols, VRF and routing. Cisco Switching/LAN Administration: Excellent knowledge of OSI model layers and their L2, L3 applications. Cisco Wireless: Understands basic concept but lacked some high level AP Vs WLC registering process and MDS details needed for troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues. Cisco VPN: Understands IPSec concepts but lacked some details about IKE exchange in phase 1.
