Reach me at [email protected]) if you want to apply for the below role: Position CDP Architect Location: Newton, MA Onsite Type : Long Term Job Description/ Responsibilities- Responsibilities Build the overarching strategy and high-level plan for CDP implementation, ingestion from data sources, customer profile synthetization into traits and audiences, journey orchestration and integration with downstream systems. Should be able to design and build integration with external systems/data sources leveraging the CDP integration features. Should be able to work with Functional SME to define roadmap for Customer Data Platform project. Should be able to work with IT stakeholders to understand Data Sources, Data Quality and Data Source Mapping. Should be able to define Ingestion/Egression Patterns of data in Microsoft Customer Insights. Understand dependencies amongst data sources and destinations and provide inputs to building architecture and design documents. Bring best practices for CDP and Journey orchestration to the engagement. Work with internal and CDP vendor professional services to execute Omni channel use cases.
