Role: AVP, Technology Learning & Development Partner with Tech learning leader, functional leaders, chiefs of staff, subject matter experts and others to conduct needs assessment and prioritize learning needs throughout the technology function. Lead strategy, design, scheduling, execution and reporting for Technology s technical learning programs, including eLearning, microlearning, instructor led learning, learning simulations, video learning etc. Support the Culture and Change workstream of the Public Cloud migration and be well versed on training/learning stats Proactively manage multiple projects, organize workflows and prioritize work assignments to meet or exceed deadlines. Communicate with leadership, managers and learning participants to ensure maximum attendance levels and ROI while promoting a positive employee experience and culture of continuous learning Partner with Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Suppliers to ensure accurate Statements of Work, and delivery of high-quality learning programs and supplier performance. Manage the LMS, ensuring seamless delivery, tracking and reporting through the LMS. Track and manage Learning KPIs and identify areas of improvement and propose plans for improvement.
