| Hi Everyone, Please look into the requirement and share me relevant profiles Job Title: Project Manager Must Be (lead NetSuite integration activities) Location: 100% remote Client: Financial /Security company Visa : USC/GC/GC EAD/H4EAD (No CPT, OPT,& H1B) Seasoned Technical PM needed to lead NetSuite integration activities. Project Manager must develop a plan of action to get initiative delivered, work heavily with external vendors and internal business team to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions. Candidates must be willing to get their hands dirty and have the ability to take control of meetings and drive issues to resolution. Need someone who has deep knowledge of NetSuite, knowledge of PLM/PDM and understanding of integration layers and connectivity is a bonus. Responsibilities : Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs. Host project meetings consistently with team and managers. Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members. Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Oversee project team. Understand Business Needs. Work well with Business leaders to understand Objectives from a Business perspective. Stakeholder Management Skills Needed: Minimum of 8 years of PM experience with experience supporting NetSuite/ERP initiatives. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management. Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting. Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
