We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in data extraction and manipulation, specifically for banking environments. This role is focused on tracking billable/non-billable time for audit activities and supporting testing and delivery teams through data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and SAS for data analysis, with experience in ETL development, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), and handling Very Large Database (VLDB) environments. Project Details: Extract and manipulate data from various banking data sources to create actionable insights. Perform data analysis, data transformation, and data reconciliation to support testing and validation processes. Collaborate with testing and delivery teams to ensure accurate data analytics for validation testing efforts. Engage in ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support audit services. Utilize SQL and SAS for complex query analysis and data extraction. Work in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment, applying your understanding of VLDB concepts. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data manipulation and extraction, including data analysis, statistical analysis, and data transformation. Banking or Financial Services experience is required. Proficiency in SQL queries and SAS for data extraction and analysis. Experience in ETL development using standard tools and practices. Understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts and experience in querying large databases. Desired Skills Audit experience or familiarity with the audit lifecycle. Experience working with Informatica or other ETL tools. Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
