This position may require travel in the US and Canada. 2. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 3. 8+ years of Information Technology experience 4. Prior experience in Global Payroll implementations 5. Knowledge and experience in Payroll Domain projects 6. Sound functional knowledge of Payroll process areas 7. Accounting and Finance knowledge Preferred Qualifications: 1. 8 years of relevant experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to Payroll and Financials. 2. Experience in Global Tax Rollouts and Vertex Integrations 3. Experience with EY Digi Pay and SAP Global view Payroll systems and Workday 4. Expertise in Oracle Service Contracts, Receivables, EBTax, Payables, General Ledger modules 5. Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment 8. Ability to identify and address client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner 9.
