Role: IAM Engineer with Sailpoint/IIQ and/or Savient experience (12+ Years of EXP)

Location: Texas (Remote Role)

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implement IAM Solutions:
Develop, configure, and maintain IAM systems using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Saviynt.
Ensure proper identity lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role management).
Access Governance and Compliance:
Implement governance workflows for access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and certification campaigns.
Monitor and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Integrations and Automation:
Integrate IAM platforms with directories (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD) and enterprise applications.
Automate access provisioning/deprovisioning through connectors and APIs.
Incident Handling and Troubleshooting:
Provide support for IAM incidents, troubleshooting issues related to provisioning, authentication, and access governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve identity-related issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and policies.
Generate regular reports on system performance, audit findings, and compliance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or
Saviynt implementation and administration.
Strong understanding of
identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access governance.
Hands-on experience with
Active Directory, Azure AD, or other directory services.
Knowledge of
Java, BeanShell scripting, REST APIs, and
SQL is a plus.
Experience with
SoD frameworks and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure Identity).
Familiarity with
MFA, SSO, PAM solutions and protocols such as
SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
Experience working in
large-scale enterprises with complex IAM environments.

IAM certifications such as SailPoint Certified Engineer, Saviynt Certified Professional, or similar are a plus.
