Role: Workday Solution Architect Location: Bay Area, CA- Locals (Hybrid) Exp: 10+ Years Duration: Long-Term Minimum Qualifications/skills Experience in Software Industry and HRIT area either in business analysis or in technical/functional design and implementation experience of configuring and implementing Workday processes Experience in configuring Workday modules (Core HCM, Integrations, Reporting). In addition to Core HCM, a sound understanding of one or more of the following modules: Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time tracking and Absence Strong background in Request Framework, DocuSign integration is required Functional experience in Workday is a must. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strong background in designing, developing reports is required. Proficiency in Workday HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Compensation report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Calculated Fields) Experience with Jira issue tracking software is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with HR team, AMS vendor and other team members. Strong process improvement skills. Strong organizational skills and some project management experience required. Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple assignments Ability to collaborate in-person and virtual/remote environments.
