Managing relationships with clients either on client site or remotely Gathering and managing client EWM requirements Advising on solution design, configuration, testing, user training Getting involved with documentation and go live support Assessing business and application requirements. (1.) To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets. (2.) To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working). (3.)
