At least 5-10 years of Business Analysis experience Experience with Agile and traditional Waterfall SDLC delivery methods Experience with the Underwriting process and supporting technology (Policy Admin Systems, forms generation, integrations to downstream systems) A clear understanding of insurance and insurance related terms, specifically Accident & Health line of business Hands-on experience facilitating requirements sessions Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to be succinct and crisp when delivering a message or responding to an inquiry.
