| From: Srivalli, Fluxteksolutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: SAP Techno Functional Consultant Visa: Any Visa is fine (H4EAD, L2EAD, GC, GC EAD, USC) Start date: ASAP Duration: Dec 2025 Location: 50% travel to Elkton, MD; Phoenix, AZ; Flagstaff, AZ Role Description: The Manufacturing lead will be the counterpart to the client lead who is responsible for the design, build and deployment of manufacturing to Gore Medical's 75 product lines located across 15 plants in Elkton, MD; Phoenix, AZ and Flagstaff, AZ. Key responsibilities: Create and manage the work plan based on SAP's Activate methodology. Guide client on best practices and how to optimally implement SAP to drive automation, increases traceability, improve analytics and drive operational efficiencies. Provide strategic direction, but be willing to dive into the details to work on design challenges Oversee resources working on the manufacturing team and provide quality assurance, coaching and course correction as required Facilitate design workshops and sessions with the client business and supply chain leadership team. Report on status, manage RAIDs and facilitate escalation process Coordinate with other value streams such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Logistics and Warehouse Management and Forecast to Plan. Provide input to testing strategy, training strategy and hypercare plan Key skills required: SAP Production Planning and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI. Experience with integration with other platforms such as MES (Mfg execution system), labelling applications, Microsoft Surround applications Life Sciences experience is preferred, but another regulated industry such as Pharma would be acceptable.
