S/he will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and advise on business processes to define and develop RPA solutions. S/he will also provide direction to RPA Offshore Developers on the development and implementation of RPA solutions. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilizing deep experience and knowledge to lead various types of interviews, meetings or workshops with business unit subject matter experts to define and design automation solutions. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy. Leads and/or participates in the development process, including constructing and maintaining efficient. Creates, edits, revises and finalizes life cycle deliverables such as requirements specifications and solution design documents. Coordinates sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and deployment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Five or more years of operations support and process management experience within the asset management or financial services industry, specific experience with requirements gathering related to RPA processing preferred but not necessary. Experience with configuring Xceptor and Automation Anywhere Robotic Process Automation tool, other tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath) is plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills. Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, technical and non-technical personnel. Extensive experience in Agile project lifecycle management. Strong technical, analytical, and business knowledge.
