S/he will also provide direction to RPA Offshore Developers on the development and implementation of RPA solutions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Five or more years of operations support and process management experience within the asset management or financial services industry, specific experience with requirements gathering related to RPA processing preferred but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
