| Hi Everyone, Please look into the requirement and share me relevant profiles Role:Workday Security Consultant Visa: Only USC, GC, H1B Location: Remote Overview: The Integration Architect will play a key role in managing Workday Security requirements for a Government & Public Sector client, handling design, configuration, and stakeholder coordination for Workdays HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. This position requires deep expertise in Workday Security and Reporting, as well as solid analytical and documentation skills to gather and interpret security requirements effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Gather, identify, and document Workday security requirements from stakeholders. Design and configure Workday security components, including role assignments, security domains, and authentication policies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive security matrix to track and document security settings and configurations. Act as a liaison between State HR directors and the Workday project team, facilitating communication and alignment. Resolve security-related issues and document solutions in JIRA, ensuring traceability and accountability. Mentor the states security resources, providing knowledge transfer and supporting the development of internal capabilities. Work collaboratively with other consultants and project members to ensure alignment and seamless project execution. Must-Have Skills: Workday Security: 2-5 years of experience in managing and configuring Workday Security. Workday Reporting: Proficiency in generating and analysing Workday reports. Workday HCM: Background in Workday HCM configuration and management. Microsoft Office Tools: Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, Teams, and other collaboration tools. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong ability to analyse security requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills: Workday Configurable Security Certification: Advanced knowledge in configurable security is a plus. Experience in Government/Public Sector: Familiarity with government HR systems, security, and compliance. Additional Requirements: Education: A bachelors degree is required, preferably in business or information systems. Certification: Active certification in Workday HCM; Workday Configurable Security certification is a plus.
