Responsibilities: Responsible to drive Enterprise Telecom Business Solutions, Architecture delivery Work in Consulting Advisory roles and help customer to solve their business problem, potentially in Telecom BSS area Drive Solutioning & implementation of Telecom Transformation Programs Participate in planning and high-level design of the solution and explore solution alternatives; Architectural & delivery Governance; Change & Release management Cadence Lead Application portfolio optimization (APO) & Implementation of Telecom business centric testing practice Explore possibilities to Modernize Telecom BSS stack, Run POC, create business case & proposal Lead Technical Solutioning across BSS Application stack for HCL s Telecom Customers & Potential prospects RFx in US Account Mining, Generate leads Capability building, reusable asset creation Mandatory Skills: Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise and wholesale LOB for following areas o Sales & CRM o CPQ o Care & Self-Help o Enterprise Product Catalog o Order management o Workflow management o Mediation, Rating, Billing, OCS o Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management o Enterprise Integrations o Data & Analytics, Reporting & Dash boarding, Governance & policy management Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out including Technology recommendations, architecture, domain driven solutions, API led connectivity, Risk Management, Fault Tolerance, NFR, Resilient architectures. Hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with(any 1) Amdocs, Nutcracker, CSG, Sigma e2e BSS stack. Should have worked in customer advisory role across BSS stack for 5+ years Should be well conversant with eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards. Experience with TMF architecture & Integration standards- ODA, NaaS, Open API. Experience in e-commerce and Omni-channel transformations, Customer experience.
