Title: Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant Job Description: Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Santa Clara, CA (Locals) Duration: Long Term Visa: USC,GC,TN,L2-EAD,H4-EAd,GC-EAD Job Summary: As a Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of the Coupa spend management platform to ensure it meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with other systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors, to align Coupas capabilities with the organizations purchasing, procurement, and finance needs. Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Coupa modules, with a strong focus on workflow and approval processes. Proven experience in implementing and managing Coupa configurations in a techno-functional role. Skills: In-depth knowledge of Coupas configurable modules and workflows, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Invoicing. Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements for workflows and approvals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in configurations and quality assurance. Proficiency with testing processes, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Coupa workflow customizations and integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Coupa Platform certification(s) or equivalent experience. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
