From: aJAY, KK Software Associates [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role name: Program Manager Role Description: Lead the end-to-end management of the Studio Financial & Sales Transformation program, ensuring alignment with Studios strategy and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, coordinating efforts across FP&A, Sales Planning, Enterprise Technology, and other relevant teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and key milestones. Work closely with the CIO and CTO organizations to ensure seamless integration of content and customer data systems into the programs scope. Collaborate with Studios FP&A, Sales, Data Product Managers, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on program goals, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that support the transformation of FP&A and Sales Planning processes. Work with engineering, data, and IT teams to ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with the overall technology strategy. Ensure technical solutions are effectively integrated with existing systems, and that data flows seamlessly across platforms to support decision-making. Competencies: Program Management Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional technology implementations. Proven track record of managing complex programs within media, entertainment, or a related industry, particularly in the areas of financial planning, sales, or content operations. Strong experience working with both IT and business teams to deliver technology solutions that drive business outcomes Deep understanding of financial systems, sales planning tools, data management platforms, and enterprise technology architecture. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Familiarity with data analytics, financial reporting systems, and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high degree of complexity and interdependency. Desirable Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively. Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, particularly in the areas of content production and distribution, is a plus.
