S/he will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and advise on business processes to define and develop RPA solutions. S/he will also provide direction to RPA Offshore Developers on the development and implementation of RPA solutions. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilizing deep experience and knowledge to lead various types of interviews, meetings or workshops with business unit subject matter experts to define and design automation solutions. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
