| Hi, Role: Salesforce Lead Developer with nCino (Must) Location: GA or OH (Onsite) Client: SLK America Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to play a key role in the planning, design, and configuration of the nCino and Salesforce platforms within a commercial lending environment. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, and leadership to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of solutions for both internal stakeholders and end users.Key Responsibilities: Product Planning and Design: Participate in product planning and design sessions, actively contributing to the creation and documentation of user stories. Ensure that technical requirements align with business needs. Business Analysis and Process Improvement: Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, and workflows. Conduct technical research, and evaluate and select the best alternatives to enhance product configurations and performance. Platform Configuration & Customization: Exercise independent judgment to guide and implement configurations for nCino and Salesforce platforms. Manage customizations to meet both technical and business requirements while ensuring compliance and scalability. Complex Problem Solving: Present actionable recommendations for resolving complex technical and business challenges. Collaborate with business analysts and functional leads to develop solutions that adhere to best practices and policies. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Act as a consultant and trusted advisor for all technical aspects of the nCino and Salesforce implementations. Agile Development: Utilize Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and iterative development. Guide teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular standups. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities, ensuring greater efficiency and value delivery for stakeholders.Required Qualifications: 7-10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in system design, development, and implementation. 8+ years of Salesforce Admin and configuration experience, including hands-on work with various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, and Marketing). 3+ years of experience in the configuration and customization of nCino, specifically within commercial lending, including loan origination, risk management, and loan servicing functionalities. Experience in commercial lending business, with a strong understanding of loan lifecycle management, credit analysis, compliance, and financial products. Proficiency in Salesforce development and deployment tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce DX). Experience in Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Desired Skills: Knowledge of nCino-specific features and functionalities, including nCinos Loan Origination System (LOS), automated underwriting, and credit risk management. Experience with Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Shield, and other advanced platform features. Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) and nCino-related certifications are a plus.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. A proactive approach to identifying risks and issues, with a focus on finding solutions.
