| Position: C++ Developer (Senior Software Engineer) Location : San Jose, CA (Hybrid) - Local candidates only Duration: Long-term contract Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior C++ Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ development (C++17 or newer) and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in San Jose, CA. This role is essential to advancing a high-impact project and requires a candidate who is self-motivated, adaptable, and experienced in networking and client/server development. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain high-quality C++ applications on Windows and Mac OS. Work directly on networking and client/server components, contributing to project architecture and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Swift and JavaScript features as needed. Contribute to a fast-paced, evolving project, requiring adaptability and motivation to meet project deadlines and requirements. Required Qualifications Experience : 8+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development, with expertise in C++17 or newer versions. Platforms : Proficiency in developing on both Windows and Mac OS environments. Networking : Strong understanding of networking protocols and client/server development. Languages : Familiarity with Swift and JavaScript is essential to support integration needs. Soft Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating a positive attitude. Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Jenkins pipelines, or familiarity with other CI/CD tools.
