Job Description: Your Key Responsibilities: To lead and drive a team of developers in a fast-paced environment while solving difficult business problems. Act as the Project / Program Manager to lead and guide program by working closely with Senior IT and Business Leads Develop Strategy to implement large Guidewire Policy Center implementation across the product lines in Personal lines. Engage with Senior Executives, Sponsors of the program to review and track the progress of the implementation. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders and experience in managing stakeholders. Oversee design documents that would be needed to support product configuration Field mapping, Data definition, rules definition and so on Be responsible for leading the solutioning efforts by developing and presenting POCs. Identify value additions that can be built as configuration components and reused on multiple projects, to gain efficiency / productivity. Coordinate with Client program management team, business users, and team members to drive the scope of program. Ability to manage the program teams in a global delivery model. Coordinate the teams located at different geographical locations.
