Collaborates with L1-L3 Digital Support teams to ensure tickets are being worked and documented to completion Independently identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems with minimal supervision Process documentation Handle escalations effectively, providing excellent customer service Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of all issues Report generation Requirements: Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of the following: o Samsung display technologies and content management software o LED display technology o Programming skills to automate and streamline support processes on Computer networking Proficient in Windows OS and remote-control software Self-starter and strong organizational skills Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus: o Magic Info o Meraki o Airwatch o HelpDesk Advanced This role is perfect for a self-driven individual with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving.
