Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the media, entertainment, or technology sectors. Experience working on projects related to financial systems, sales planning, data management, or business process improvement. Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is a plus. Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems, sales planning tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification is preferred.
