Title :- Business Analyst(Remote) Visa :- GC/H4-EAD/ USC Duration :- 12+ Months MOI :- Skype They want candidates who live in the Austin area but really most of the work will be remote WORK DESCRIPTION: (Add specifics of this contract) 1. Partner with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, technical and functional requirements, and systems goals 2. Conduct meetings to elicit and document requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to potential IT solutions 3. Create models, use cases, process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers, designers, and vendors 4. Develop statements of work for software enhancements 5. Write and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in IT applications 6. Coordinate and perform end-user reviews, tests for modified systems, training, and other related technical support 7. Use SQL to research problems and develop basic to intermediate reports 8. Respond to customer ticket requests; troubleshoot problems and escalate where appropriate 9.
