[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Title: IT Project Manager Client: ATI Physical Therapy Duration: 6+months contract to fulltime Interview Process Video Interview Work Location: Remote preferred, ideally Chicago area - Must be local to Chicago Start Date: ASAP Visa: USC and GC Job Role: The Project Manager will be working with a 3rd party software development partner that follows a traditional scrum process. However, the PM will need to be able to provide traditional waterfall status updates to an executive team and a weekly SME group, monitor and report on budget/timeline, escalates risks, collaborate with internal ATI teams and the 3rd party development team to ensure progress, and work with Contact Center Vendors (i.e. RingCentral) for external integrations. The work being completed is to improve front end patient access and will include deliverables around self-scheduling, CRM, and contact center technology. The Senior IT Project Manager (Sr. PM) is an integral member of Clients Enterprise IT Services, Engineering, and Architecture teams, supporting transformations in Clients core applications, infrastructure, and 3rd Party services, for Client Business lines. This role will be responsible for managing several strategic projects related to improving Clients call center and patient outreach experiences. Project Management: Leads project delivery including full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. Works with project stakeholders to clearly define and document project scope, milestones, assumptions, constraints, and risks. Determines and defines clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members. Leads cross-team meetings to determine progress and address challenges regarding projects. Tracks deliverables and reports on status of objectives, timeline, budget, and risks Organizes meeting agendas, using a variety of software tools, to communicate project goals, directives, and planning with project team and business or executive stakeholders. Anticipates details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and company strategy Resource and Budget Planning: Identifies Internal and External project resource needs required for the success of the initiative. Coordinates resources and assigns the daily tasks while ensuring the project team is working toward defined milestones and project timeline. Works with delivery teams to understand capacity and time allocation commitments to tasks. Works with project team to identify excess capacity or constraints to optimize the project schedule and identify risks to targets. Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary. Communications: Prepares and ensures delivery of communication to business units and individuals who may be impacted by project events. Communicates proactively with project team to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. Reporting: Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders. Required: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, CIS, or related technical field; or equivalent industry experience Required: A minimum of five (5) years of IT project management experience, including tracking and planning IT related projects A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with senior level business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment. Experience managing the implementation of advanced CallCenter features, including IVRs, Autodialers, SMS outreach, skill queues, chatbots, etc. Preferred: Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall Experience working directly with 3rd Party CX providers, including RingCentral and Nice InContact. Experience with Azure cloud basics and methodologies Skills and Ability Ability to analyze, plan, and create standard requirements for complex projects. Ability to document clear goals and objectives for projects to achieve business initiative or strategy. Skill with multiple Project Management processes, strategies, and methods Ability to mentor, coach and develop rising talent in the technology department. Skill with time management and experience with establishing guidelines in these areas for others, including ability to drive accountability with multiple outside business units. Ability to follow existing protocols and provide recommendations for risk management and/or change management. Skill with personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote teamwork mentality. Skill with predicting challenges and seeking to proactively head-off obstacles. Proficiency in related software tools including but not limited to MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, JIRA, MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint Ability to understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs Ability to complete project delivery from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. Ability to establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature project management capabilities for the organization.
