Ideal candidates will have a background with major streaming platforms (such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.), with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and requirements in this space. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze business requirements related to video streaming projects. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project needs, specifically within the on-demand video sector. Gather and document requirements, conduct gap analyses, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with technical teams to implement solutions that meet client expectations. Prepare detailed reports, workflow diagrams, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the video streaming/on-demand video industry. 4+ experience with video streaming/on-demand streaming technologies, user experience, and content delivery workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with large streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney+, or similar is a plus.
