Technical Expertise: Proficient in solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality, integrated solutions that adhere to time and budget constraints. Experience with integration methodologies and tools, specifically Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Advanced knowledge of data loading mechanisms in Oracle for migration and consolidation purposes. Preferred Skills: Methodologies & Best Practices: Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices for Oracle Fusion solutions. Certifications: Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred. Additional Knowledge: Awareness of competitive product offerings in the ERP and HCM space. REMARKS Working directly with SVP We are one of 3 companies supporting the recruitment of these roles They are planning a large multi-year consolidation effort across multiple HR and Finance platforms Ideally, candidates will be able to work out of Jacksonville, FL or Dallas, TX. That said, they will consider remote candidates as well. Onsite is just the preference (3x per week, t/w/th). Could be C2H for the right person, they just don't have the HC approved yet, hence bringing in consultants/ contractors so they can get this started.
