Develop complex system documents to convey business requirements and support efficient system design. Develop test plans and participate in user acceptance testing to confirm new and existing system functionality. Analyzes program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas. Serves as a liaison by providing consultation, documentation, and direction to other areas with regard to analysis, design, configuration, testing, and policy implementation within all systems. Develops, documents, and revises system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Keep all stakeholders informed through the distribution of project information and project status reports. Facilitate the service request life cycle through customer-related service request responses, business requirements coordination, technical specifications and related artifacts review, and monitors system integration and user acceptance testing prior to implementation. Identify a projects potential risks and difficulties and design strategies to mitigate or avoid them. Should have min 4 years as experience working under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment Should have min 5 years as experience working as Project management Should have min 1 years as experience working Managing or providing direction to system developers and business analysts Should have min 1 years as experience working with diverse groups of people with varying technical knowledge.
