Working Modal: Chicago (Hybrid - 3 days) -12+ years plus minimum experience in software testing and minimum of 5 years in Tosca -Should have good knowledge of Qtest and CI/CD -Relevant certifications in Tricentis Tosca are a plus -The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be a team player working with Agile stakeholders. - Use Toscas DEX to speed up testing time by running tests simultaneously with little to no human input. Qualifications: 12 years plus minimum experience in software testing and minimum of 5 years as Test Admin/ Architect in Tosca Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams Other Strengths required are # Customer centricity, Innovative Thinking, Agility, and Intercultural Sensitivity Minimum of 3 years experience in Tricentis TOSCA is mandatory Relevant certifications in Tricentis Tosca are a plus Hand-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools Strong knowledge of popular cloud computing platforms Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team Project management experience leading testing engagements Good understanding on Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing concepts, Agile methodology and Knowledge on cloud Infrastructure and database concepts Should be able to grasp concepts quickly and appreciate implications of decisions Able to work well autonomously, with a focus on delivery Experience in test process documentation and SDLC process adherence Eagerness to learn and an aptitude for picking things up quickly Should be able to implement automation strategy and guide the team. Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) using the tools Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding level The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation. There will be a wide range of domains and test phases involved in this role, including mobile app and accessibility testing.
