Lead Development: Lead and mentor mobile development teams in implementing best practices for React Native development, code reviews, and efficient workflows. Cross-Platform Development: Build robust, cross-platform mobile applications that run on both iOS and Android using React Native. Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, and implement solutions to optimize the apps performance and responsiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and refine requirements, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for React Native development. Tooling & CI/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile app deployment and testing. Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest developments in React Native, mobile development, and related technologies. Testing & Debugging: Implement automated tests, conduct debugging sessions, and ensure the application meets high-quality standards. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years specifically using React Native. React Native: Strong hands-on experience with React Native, Redux, and other modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Mobile Development: In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android development, as well as their respective design guidelines. Architecture: Solid understanding of software architecture, including design patterns, data flow, and state management in mobile apps. Native Modules: Experience with native modules, bridging Java or Objective-C/Swift with React Native for performance-critical tasks. Performance Optimization: Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing mobile app performance for large-scale applications. UI/UX Design: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience working closely with design teams to implement polished, intuitive interfaces. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative development. Tools & Libraries: Familiarity with libraries and tools such as Axios, React Navigation, Firebase, and testing frameworks like Jest or Detox. CI/CD Tools: Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and mobile-specific build/deployment tools (e.g., Fastlane). Team Leadership: Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other cross-platform mobile development frameworks like Flutter or Xamarin. Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or state management libraries such as MobX.
