From: Harsh Kumar, TEK inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - SAP BRIM Data Analyst Required strong candidate on SAP BRIM (Architect Level) Remote - go on-site in a month for meetings in Harrisburg, PA Need LinkedIn with profile photo Description of Duties Understand source data and query legacy data to analyze source data using strong SQL and PL-SQL skills Merge data from multiple data sources to be loaded into the target systems Collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to develop overall target system data dictionary Transform and load data from legacy systems into SAP BRIM across components in scope, including SAP S/4HANA (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Financial Contract Accounting, Banking, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management), Convergent Mediation, and Convergent Charging Analyze legacy system data structures and extract structured and unstructured data from legacy data sources Perform source-to-target mapping to map data fields from legacy systems to SAP BRIM data structures Define, develop, and maintain business rules and cross-referencing tables Transform data using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, including SAP BODS, ADMM, MS SQL-S Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency Implement Data Masking or Data hashing so no PII data is included in lower environments Plan and oversee detailed schedules and progress against milestones Perform delta loads for extremely high volume transformed data into SAP BRIM using standard migration tools in a timely and extremely efficient timeframe to minimize downtime for migration Validate data integrity and resolve any discrepancies Perform high-volume data reconciliation for technical verification and business validation Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams Participate in data migration workshops and provide expertise Document data migration processes, mappings, and validation rules Create data migration runbooks for future reference Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems. Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned. Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.4. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC. Training / Experience Desired or Required Tolling experience is preferred Experience in migrating data in systems leveraging Microsoft Dynamics as the CRM engine integrated with SAP S/4 HANA as the backend is highly desired 5 years experience as an SAP BRIM Data Specialist/Engineer/Analyst in SAP S/4 HANA hosted in Azure cloud required with 8+ years desired Experience migrating closed transactions to recreate historic customer information in SAP S/4 HANA so customers can dispute closed transactions in highly desired Experience on at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations migrating extremely high volume of data required (15+ million customer records, and 1+ Billion transactions) required 5 years of using BODS for transformation and loading data into SAP is required and the ability to load into non-SAP systems high desirable Strong expert-level PL-SQL, and SQL skills required An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module. Additional beneficial skills include: Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects. ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
