At least 3 years demonstrated experience providing desktop support in an Active Directory environment. Experience imaging desktops. Experience providing remote support. Experience in help desk (plus). Must be motivated, able to multitask and ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision Comprehensive understanding and experience deploying network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, LAN Switching Technologies, Next-Gen Firewalls (Fortinet preferred) and Load Balancing (F5 preferred), etc. Experience utilizing a public cloud sector (Azure, AWS, GCP) Prior experience working with industry networking tools: monitoring (Splunk, NetScout, Zabbix), management (Prime, ISE, Aruba Central) inventory management (Netbox, IPAM), DNS solutions. Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services. Scripting experience with modern scripting languages (python, GO, PowerShell) and tools (versioning, GitHub, Ansible) as well as experience utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and YAML Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly secure infrastructure solutions.
