Position: SailPoint Developer Locations: Cary, NC Duration: Contract Job Description: Analytical approach to performance tuning, debugging, and system optimization. IdentityIQ (SailPoint) Expertise Ability to troubleshoot and optimize IdentityIQ performance issues. Proficient in writing and debugging Beanshell scripts for IdentityIQ customization. Java Development Experience in Java debugging, error handling, and performance optimization. Code Refactoring and Optimization Deep understanding of IdentityIQ components: workflows, rules, policies, and certifications. Experience in implementing and customizing IdentityIQ modules, including user provisioning, access reviews, and role management. Knowledge of IdentityIQ architecture and integration with various systems. Beanshell Scripting Skills Familiarity with Beanshell syntax, variables, loops, and functions. Experience in scripting for workflow customization, data transformation, and complex logic within IdentityIQ. Strong Java programming skills for backend development and integration tasks. Knowledge of Java design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP), and best practices. Proficient in identifying and improving inefficient code structures. Experience in optimizing code for readability, maintainability, and performance. Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and best practices for collaborative development. Ability to conduct code reviews and recommend improvements in line with coding standards. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues in IdentityIQ and code. Communication and Collaboration Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with security, IT, and application development teams.
