| Project Manager Location: Austin Texas TERM OF SERVICE (Required): December 2024 through September 30, 2025 (May be extended into FY26) NOTE: Contractor will be required to be onsite the first two (2) weeks for training. Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm, with some flexibility once established Exp: Minimum 12+ Years C2C Rate : 60$/hr Visa: GC, USC, H4, GC EAD WORK DESCRIPTION: (Add specifics of this contract) Manage technology projects from beginning to end, using established project management methodology Develop project scope, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, risk register, and communication plans, to manage towards project objectives Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Track and report on project milestones and deliverables Develop and maintain business requirements and models to improve understanding about project plans and desired outcomes Establish and maintain production calendar to effectively manage periodic and stand-along projects Define the project success criteria and manage with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle Effectively communicate project expectations to leadership, sponsor, team members and stakeholders Make process improvement suggestions to streamline project delivery WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required) Manages the design, development, and implementation of projects to include, but not limited to, gathering and defining the project requirements Develops short- and long-range plans for projects, including estimating timelines for start-up and completion of projects Coordinates and prepares reports and correspondence in support of assigned projects Prepares and delivers presentations to the management team, department directors, and applicable program staff Assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the department work plan; meets with management staff to identify and resolve problems Suggests and implements solutions to address new or ongoing challenges Manages scope expectations with program customer and stakeholders Knowledge of Jira or similar tool for managing requirements and project milestones Exhibit strong customer friendly approach Experience with Agile methodology in an IT setting -- Thanks & Regards, Regards, Treesa Tijo Business Development Manager G & S Tachyon, Inc.
