The role focuses on developing and implementing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, supporting various IT automation and business intelligence needs. The candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create solutions that meet state requirements. Key Responsibilities Power Platform Development: Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for efficient data visualization, workflow automation, and business intelligence. SharePoint Development: Leverage SharePoint (latest versions and M365) to create, enhance, and support business applications. Systems Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Teams, Cloud-Dataverse, Azure, Graph API, and other data sources. UI/UX Development: Utilize technologies such as JSON, REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .NET for front-end and UX enhancements. Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Meet with team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions in line with Agile methodologies. Documentation and Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer legacy applications and improve them in Power Platform environments. Required Skills Advanced knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). SharePoint Expertise: Proficient in the latest SharePoint versions and Microsoft 365 integration. Technical Skills: Familiarity with JSON, REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, Server Manager, Adobe Creative Suite. Agile Development: Experience in Agile methodologies, working effectively in a team and independently. Preferred Skills 12+ years of advanced experience in Power Platform, SharePoint, and related Microsoft technologies. Experience in Cloud-Dataverse, Azure, Graph API, Canvas, and model-driven apps. Education and Certifications Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience. Preferred: Masters degree with 12 years of experience.
