The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Benefits Payment Disbursement, Collection, Fraud Analysis and Prevention, Case Management, Claims Management, Personally Identifiable Information and Identity Management. Additionally, experience in the Insurance domain and skills in PowerApp automation are essential for this role. Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in project implementation. Proven experience in Benefits Payment Disbursement, Collection, Fraud Analysis and Prevention, Case Management, Claims Management, Personally Identifiable Information(PII) and Identity Management.Experience in the Insurance domain.Experience in designing fraud prevention solutions using products like LexisNexis. Skills in developing automation solutions using PowerApps.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.Experience with project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.  (1.) To integrate/re-engineer / design process(s) to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered Best Practices /Standard Functionalities  (2.) To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.  (3.)
