Role : Oracle Technical Consultant Location :Remote Visa USC & GC highly preferable H4EAD, GCEAD,H1B Qualifications 10+ Years Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant experience Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Workforce Payroll, and Time and Labor Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, payroll, and employee lifecycle management Proficiency in Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) or Oracle Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation and configuration Knowledge of Oracle BI tools (e.g., Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Oracle Data Visualization) for reporting and analytics Experience with data migration, system integration, and testing methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems) or equivalent experience Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configurations within the Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Workforce Payroll, and Time and Labor Design and configure HCM processes, such as employee lifecycle management, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and payroll Develop and maintain HCM-related reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) tools Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training on Oracle HCM applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of HCM processes with other systems and compliance with regulations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM processes, data integrity, and system performance Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to HCM operations Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM releases, features, and best practices Provide ongoing support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to HR teams and other stakeholders Job description Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configurations within the Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules.
