        ServiceNow Technical Systems Integration Manager

        Term: Contract

Overall 8 + years of enterprise architecture experience in technical integration using ServiceNow and 3rd party application tools using multiple integration methods

ServiceNow Platform Architecture experience for the on-prem and cloud experience is mandatory

Key skills and expertise in the below details are required

Technical development knowledge and understanding of
: ServiceNow

Data governance
: The development and implementation of a data governance plan

Solution Architecture
: The specification and design of the end-to-end systems integration solution to implement a consistent and scalable solution

Business Architecture:  
The definition of a) systems performance measures and targets for each system to be integrated and b) the business processes necessary to achieve targets

Technical Architecture:  
The definition and implementation of the programs technical architecture to integrate both customer-facing and grid-facing components of the solution

Data Migration: 
The identification and migration of data from source legacy systems to new OTNow systems

Data Architecture: 
Defining and implementing a solution for the changed flow and increase volume of data that must be exchanged, processed, stored, and archived

Security Architecture
: Defining and implementing an integrated security architecture

Testing
:  Designing and developing and implementing an end-to-end testing program that tests all use-case and business requirements

Interfaces:
  Support system interfaces

Role 2 

Detailed Job Description :

Over all 10 + years experience in ServiceNow with minimum 3 on-Prem implementation and support experience for large clients

ServiceNow Architect with Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end to end design and implementation 

        Experience in Onprem and cloud architecture design is mandatory

        Experience in platform fine tuning, upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory

        Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory

Receive complex input from Product and business stakeholders, translate into requirements, and map them onto ServiceNow functionality.

Design and implement process workflows, procedures and technical standards. Design and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low code, in partnership with Product team and other stakeholders.

Design, review, and modify ServiceNow patterns as needed.

Invent and validate solutions.

Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties

Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality. Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a birds-eye and granular level. Clearly document ServiceNow architecture for use internally. Participate in Agile development.

ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Location : Dallas TX Remote is ok

Rate : $55/hr Max

Detailed Job description :

The role would be for configuring and setting up Service-now ITOM application and maintain and support the implementation. This person will work very closely with IT Process Architect, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ITOM Modules of ServiceNow.

The general scope of the work for this position is as follows:

Implemented Servicenow Discovery in Public Cloud - in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud using Patterns.

Implemented Servicenow Discovery in local Datacenters - for all types of CIs, Servers, VCenters, Storage Devices and Middleware devices with and without patterns Complete understanding & hands-on expertise of CMDB data model with experience in extending CMDB data model for requirements.

Understands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow and understands the workflow engines.

Creates workflow and web prototypes for client engagements and Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations.

Should have worked on Servicenow Domain Separated experience.

Uses Mid server, webservices, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with ServiceNow.

Administer and troubleshoot the deployed instance of ServiceNow.

Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.

Customize ServiceNow configurations to automate vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation processes.

Integrate third-party tools and APIs with ServiceNow for enhanced vulnerability management capabilities.

Create dashboards, reports, and analytics within ServiceNow to monitor and track vulnerability compliance metrics.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow vulnerability compliance solutions.

Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to vulnerability management and ServiceNow development.
