Solution is specific to Industry Rate: $70/hr on c2c Must-have skills for this role SAP Service and Asset Manager configuration & customization SAP Mobile Services and the MDK platform implementation & maintenance Years of experience 3+ years Work location: Richmond, VA This role work: Hybrid 40% in office Does the resource have to be Local: No Job Description: Business Process Support: o Assist in analyzing and optimizing business processes within the utilities sector, focusing on generation, transmission, distribution, metering and billing, and asset management. o Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. o Support the design and implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Technical Assistance: o Provide support in configuring and customizing SAP Service and Asset Manager under the guidance of senior specialists. o Assist in data integration and connectivity using SAP Gateway. o Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP Mobile Services and the MDK platform. o Troubleshoot issues using the tools and logs in SAP Gateway and SAP Mobile Services, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with senior team members and offshore resources to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met. o Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Training and Development: o Engage in ongoing training and development to build expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management and SAP Service and Asset Manager o Seek mentorship and guidance from senior team members to enhance skills and career growth. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in SAP Service and Asset Manager / SAP Work Manager, with a focus on utilities. Basic understanding of Syclo Config Panel, SAP Gateway, SAP Mobile Services, and the MDK platform. Strong interest in business process analysis and optimization within the utilities sector. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
