The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare project management, specifically with Epic software, and will be adept at working with high-level operational stakeholders. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified leader, you will be responsible for managing large, cross-functional project teams and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Certification : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on healthcare IT or digital health. Proven track record of managing Epic implementation projects, with a deep understanding of Epic modules, workflows, and integration processes. Experience working with high-level operational stakeholders and managing large, cross-functional teams. Skills : Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate diverse project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to executive leadership. Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Epic software (certification in Epic modules is a plus).
