Be able to suggest S4/HANA automations and innovations that are applicable to the business processes in the value stream. Support the documentation and delivery of design artifacts, for processes, and the supporting needed S4/HANA technical realization. Responsible for identifying functional & technical requirements that may customize the Out of the Box S4/HANA and document requirements in the selected toolsets (e.g. Signavio, Confluence, Focus Build) Be able to lead follow-up data discussions as identified from stakeholder (process owners) workshops. Proven experience with defining and implementing Material Requirements Planning including the following functional areas: MM MRP & PP/DS ===================================================================== Job Title- Data Solutions Architect Insurance Job Location: Warren, NJ- Hybrid JD: P&C Insurance Domain experience in Must Hands-on experience on MS Sql, Data modeling, ADF and Azure ADLS, Data Bricks and CICD as Data lead. INSURANCE Domain knowledge is required. Strong team leadership with demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams that rise to new challenges. Inspiring leader with a track-record of attracting and retaining great talent, raising the bar, and communicating with clarity and alignment. Deep experience leading data and analytics organizations within a complex multi-national organization. Proven history of successfully delivering data and analytics projects on time, on budget with high quality. Influential leader who inspires teams and works well within a collaborative environment. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to establish a clear strategy and roadmap which is well aligned with business stakeholders expectations and translate it into delivery excellence.
