Job Description - Role: AWS DB Specialist Qualifications:              Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).               Proven experience with AWS database services and management.              AWS Certified Database Specialty or related certification.              Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases .              Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.              Familiarity with database security best practices and compliance standards.              Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.              Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
