This role involves leading the full design process, creating intuitive, visually engaging experiences to meet diverse user needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered design solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead UX Design Vision: Define and implement design strategy across Moodys products, focusing on user-friendly data visualization and workflow simplification. User-Centric Solutions: Create high-fidelity designs, interactive experiences, and data visualizations that enhance user satisfaction. Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product managers, developers, and researchers to align on cohesive and efficient user experiences. Facilitate Workshops: Organize workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive stakeholder alignment.Qualifications Design Expertise: 5+ years of UX design experience with skills in prototyping, visual design, and data visualization. Strategic Thinking: Experienced in systems thinking and capable of designing for the end-to-end customer journey. Tools & Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Agile methodology; familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
