Understands larger scale organizations. Bank regulatory background Business process and SW deployment experience. Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves Job Description TD is taking a look at their compliance and risk program holistically. 5 works streams will be involved. This is very early in the creation of the program but they need to start hiring. Some discovery still needs to happen but they preliminarily identified 5 workstreams. TD will need 2-3 Project Managers for each work stream to get things started. Really helpful if they have compliance related experience. Experience with RCSA's Risk and Control Self-Assessments, putting together check and balances. Works Streams are as Follows: They have to have experience on ONE of the following: There are 5 teams. 1) Program Effectiveness and Risk Assessment 2) Compliance Oversight Monitoring and Testing 3) Technology Compliance and Issue Management 4) Integrated Change Management and Training 5) Enterprise and Business Enablement.
