Expertise in MOST and/or MTM methodologies. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities to design efficient, cost-effective logistics solutions. Project Management: Understanding of project management principles, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and budgets. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Client Focus: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, translating them into innovative design solutions. Attention to Detail: Rigorous approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential design risks and issues. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a solutions design role within contract logistics, warehousing, or a related industry.
