The successful candidate will be able to: Act as a resource for reported network performance or application performance issues Manage and support the network monitoring and configuration management software Provide technical support for field networks to include industrial switches, routers, and wireless bridges Utilize Apache's service portal to manage and create service requests, outages, and change requests Identify innovative ways to utilize existing applications and technologies Forecast and coordinate management of change for scheduled maintenance weekends Effectively communicate with end users and peers around the world. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: Troubleshooting experience with large enterprises Strong written and verbal communication skills.
