10+ years and Minimum 3 years of product development management experience with customer facing applications.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence. They will be responsible for connecting customers
Product Lead and Product Managers with offshore resources to successfully build, test and deliver self-service digital enhancement for customer. They will work with customer resources to refine requirements. They must be able to understand and articulate the
user experience, technical infrastructure and project goals, ensuring product vision is being met. They must effectively communicate between groups, resolving questions. The Product Owner will act as a proxy between Customer and offshore to Communicate requirements
and provide supporting detail regarding product high-level user stories and specific substories with appropriate documentation to offshore Development and QA teams. Understands the current and intended end-to-end customer experience.

Required Skills:

Product Management with Telecom Clients, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Product Backlog Management skills, Must have Telecom Cable Datacom, Backend Billing expertise.

Nice to Have Skills:

Billing & Revenue Management, Devices, Networks

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of geospatial solutions to support various business initiatives.

- Oversee the integration of geospatial data into existing systems and workflows.

- Provide technical expertise in the use of Jira, Figma, and Confluence to manage project tasks and documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of geospatial projects.

- Develop and maintain geospatial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Conduct spatial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.

- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.

- Train and mentor junior team members on geospatial technologies and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial systems and applications.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and incorporate them into projects.

- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of geospatial processes and methodologies.

- Work cross-functionally with on-shore Product Managers, Development and QA to launch products and enhancements.

- Provide transparent communication with all stakeholders.

- Identify and optimize process improvements between on-shore and offshore teams.

- Understands best practices in product development and the cable or telecommunications industry.

- Ability to learn and understand technical complexities quickly.

- Ability to manage frequent change Ability to listen and reflect understanding of project goals.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.

- Ability to solve problems, showing good judgment and thoughtfulness.

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.

- Ability to quickly identify blockers and escalate issues.

- Ability to provide transparency into progress and status.

Additional Required Qualifications:

- Possess a deep understanding of geospatial technologies and their applications.

- Demonstrate proficiency in using Jira for project management and task tracking.

- Show expertise in Figma for designing and prototyping geospatial solutions.

- Exhibit strong skills in Confluence for documentation and collaboration.

- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex geospatial projects.

- Display excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
