Position:: IVR test lead Location: Charlotte, NC 28273 (Onsite role) Must have skills: IVR test lead with automation testing and Cyara automation 8+ yrs Detailed Job Description: IVR test lead with automation testing and Cyara automation 8+ yrs 8+ years IT Experience with 5+ years in Testing and working on tools like ALM 3+ years Cyara or any other IVR Automation experience Experience in onshore/offshore coordination leading large onsite + offshore teams Good working understanding of Kubernetes/Docker Extensive experience in testing Webservices both SOAP and REST 3+ years experience writing complex SQL queries Extensive experience in working with Unix systems Good understanding of Agile & Jira tool Telecom/Cable Domain back ground and testing experience on IVR would be beneficial.
